Information for vendors

Prospective vendors

We are always interested in quality dealers of minerals, fossils, gemstones, and gemstone jewelry.

• $20.00 per table, limit of three.

• Tables are provided (indoor dealers do not need to bring their own tables).

• By reservation only. Contact Pete Stoeckel at minvamp@yahoo.com to reserve tables.

• $20.00 per space, which includes room for a vehicle and about two tables.

• Tables are not provided (outdoor dealers must bring their own tables).

• Outdoor space is limited, and given out on a first come, first served basis on the morning of the show.

• 2025 Autumn Mineralfest - 4 October 2025

• 2026 Spring Mineralfest - 6 June 2026

Dealer setup is from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. The show officially opens at 8:30 AM.

If your plans change and you will not be able to attend, please notify Pete as soon as possible.
